1. Who we are

Kidify Store (kidifystore.com) sells boys' eastern wear for ages 1 to 10 years and delivers across Pakistan. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Kidify Store. You can reach us at admin@kidifystore.com or on +92 306 1828174.

2. Information we collect

• Order and delivery details: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and city, and the items you order.
• Contact form messages: your name, email or phone number, and the message you send us.
• Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
• Basic technical data: such as browser type, device type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the store working and to understand how it is used.

We do not collect or store payment card details. Orders are paid by Cash on Delivery unless we tell you otherwise at checkout.

3. How we use your information

• To process, confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• To answer your questions and handle exchanges and refunds.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
• To keep the store secure, prevent spam and fraud, and improve our website and products.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with: Shopify, which runs our store, cart and checkout; courier and delivery partners, who receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order; and hosting and database providers that run this website. These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and your browser's local storage to remember your cart and favourites and to keep checkout working. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart may not work properly without them.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support, handle exchanges and meet legal and accounting requirements. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your query.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by writing to admin@kidifystore.com. We may need to keep some order information where we have a legal or business reason to.

Our products are for children, but our website is intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
