Shipping Policy

Delivery times, charges, Cash on Delivery, and order tracking for every Kidify Store order.

Delivery Across Pakistan

  • We deliver across Pakistan in 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Remote areas may take 5 to 7 working days.
  • Sunday and public holidays are not counted as working days.

Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000.
  • A flat delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to orders of Rs. 3,000 or below.
  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Cash on Delivery

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.
  • There is no COD fee — you pay only your order total and the delivery charge.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.

Order Confirmation

  • Orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • Unconfirmed orders may be delayed or cancelled.
  • Please answer our call or reply to our WhatsApp message so we can dispatch on time.

Dispatch & Tracking

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed the next working day.
  • A tracking number is sent by WhatsApp or SMS after dispatch.
  • You can use the tracking number to check your parcel status with the courier.
